The Bloomery

The Bloomery is a Massachusetts flower farm and floral design business, growing specialty cut flowers for bouquets, celebrations, and events. Our arrangements blend standout blooms with unusual textures and garden flowers for a style that feels natural, abundant, and full of personality, with the season and the community at the heart of everything we do.

Our story
Guests choosing stems from buckets of seasonal flowers at a Bloom Bar A pumpkin filled with fall flowers

Bloom Bars

A bouquet bar for your guests

Buckets of seasonal flowers line the table, and your guests wander through, choosing stems and building a bouquet of their own. Everyone goes home with something they made.

Come fall, it's Make Your Pumpkin Bloom. Guests tuck flowers into a pumpkin and carry home a centerpiece for their own table.

Season highlights

A few favorites from each season. The field grows far more than we could fit here, along with the foliage, textures, and garden flowers that fill out every arrangement.

When New England goes quiet for winter, we bring in flowers from farms in warmer parts of the U.S., so you can still have American-grown flowers in January.

Meet the founder

Ami O'Grady

Before The Bloomery, I spent many years in healthcare, first as a nurse and later in healthcare leadership. During a hard season in my own life, I started planting flowers. Somewhere along the way, they started growing me, too.

That season of healing became The Bloomery.
