Harden off young plants and space around 12 inches apart. For branched plants with more harvestable stems, pinch when plants reach approximately 6–8 inches tall; provide support if necessary. Mature plants can reach approximately 36–48 inches with appropriate conditions. Harvest plumes at the desired size before they set seed.
