Harden off promptly and transplant without letting plugs become root-bound; Bonita benefits from steady growth and good airflow. Allow about 6–9 inches between plants in a cut-flower bed, with netting/support for long stems if needed. Avoid planting asters in the same bed year after year to reduce disease pressure. Mature stems may reach approximately 30–36 inches. Color mixtures vary, and not every individual pack will include every shade.

Image note: Illustration of mature Aster Bonita Mix pompon-style blooms in mixed colors.
